Mitchell’s voice boomed through the speakers, harsh and echoing: “Get out, thug. Nobody believes this Lamborghini belongs to you!”

The sound of the flashlight striking the glass cracked through the quiet room like a gunshot.

“Break that window, Officer, and you’ll explain why you compromised a federal operation.”

“Based on me saying so!”

The members of the panel listened in grim silence. One senior commander leaned forward, staring directly at Mitchell. "Officer Mitchell, can you explain to this board what legal justification you had for threatening to drag a citizen out of his vehicle after his registration was verified clean?"

Mitchell shifted in his chair, his collar suddenly looking too tight. "The vehicle... it was unusual for that area. The driver was acting hostile."

"Hostile?" the commander countered, pointing to the audio transcript. "Agent Hayes spoke in a quiet, measured voice. You were the one shouting, using racial slurs, and smashing his window. You turned off your body camera prior to the stop. Is that standard department procedure?"

Mitchell had no answer. The silence in the room spoke louder than any defense.
