Brad apologized.

Earl looked at him.
“You do.”
Brad lowered his head.
“I judged you before knowing anything about you.”
Earl nodded.
“That happens more often than people admit.”
The salesman expected anger.
Instead, Earl gave him advice.
“Never measure a person by what they wear.”
He looked around the showroom.
“A person’s value is never hanging from their clothes.”
